To cancel an order

 

To cancel orders made with SummitBoots.com, contact us by email at summitboots@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must be made the same day of the order. Cancellations require authorization before finalizing the order and can be charged up to 20% of the value of the goods canceled by the management. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section of "state" after they have been approved.

 

Return Policy

 

Returns are accepted only with our authorization. Send us an email to SummitBoots@gmail.com first. These are only accepted within 30 days after receipt of the products. All return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Once our return department receives the merchandise, we will give you a valid store credit for up to one year. Anyone who refuses to receive or unclaimed orders, can not deliver or return the products due to a customer error, is subject to the 20% replacement rate, plus all transportation costs.

 

Shipping Time

 

Processing for national orders is 1 to 5 business days. Each order will include a tracking number to track your order at any time by email. We are not responsible for any delays during delivery of shipment that may be caused by natural events.

You must make sure to give us your shipping address if it is different from the billing address of your credit card.
